Please Read Carefully: We do not offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Returns are only accepted for damaged items, and a parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims.
Our Detailed Policy
- No Returns for Sizing/Preference: To maintain hygiene standards and product quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to size, color, or if you simply don't like the product. Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.
- Damaged Items Only: A return will ONLY be considered if the item you received is damaged.
- Mandatory Opening Video: To file a claim for a damaged item, you MUST provide a clear, unedited video of you opening the parcel. The video must start from the sealed package and clearly show the damage. This is a strict requirement to protect against fraudulent claims.
- No Video, No Return: If you cannot provide an opening video, we will be unable to process your return request. No exceptions will be made.
- Reporting a Damaged Item: You must report any damage, along with the opening video, to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges and any COD convenience fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
